About the position

The HR Administrative Specialist at HomeSafe Alliance plays a crucial role in supporting the Human Resource department by managing various administrative tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and compliance with company policies. This position is essential for ensuring smooth HR operations and enhancing the overall employee experience within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HomeSafe HR team.
  • Gather and process necessary documentation for HR functions.
  • Prepare reports and maintain record databases.
  • Respond to inquiries related to HR processes.
  • Schedule onboarding tasks and assist with orientation.
  • Compile and maintain employee records.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum of 2+ years working in an HR support role.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements.
  • Experience in Workday HRIS System preferred.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
