About the position

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy HR Admin to join our dynamic team. This role combines HR admin duties with an emphasis on staffing and social media, supporting day-to-day operations with staffing, recruitment processes, and social media management.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Assist with onboarding employees into our hiring portal, including processing new hire documentation, running background checks, and filing paperwork.
  • Assist with recruitment processes including posting job ads, editing job descriptions, reviewing resumes, conducting pre-screenings, and supporting managers.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation, such as updating policies, procedures, and forms.
  • Monitor, update, and track Health Courses for all management teams.
  • Follow work plans, establish timelines, and pre-define goals for assigned work.
  • Support locations with recruiting materials such as banners, yard signs, flyers, and marketing materials.
  • Support locations with TalentReef questions and other inquiries.
  • Support the HR Team and VPs as needed.
  • Curate new ideas to support recruitment and staffing efforts for VPs and managers.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to promote the company's brand and culture.
  • Create and post engaging content on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Monitor social media changes for trends, employee engagement, and relevant content ideas.

Requirements

  • 2 plus years of proven experience in Human Resources
  • Experience and knowledge about various social media platforms
  • A strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Acrobat
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
