About the position

The HR Analyst II, Compensation plays a crucial role in the administration of compensation processes for ABS employees. This position collaborates with the Compensation Management team to implement and revise compensation practices, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and resolving compensation-related issues globally. The role is hybrid, requiring in-office work three days a week and remote work on the remaining days.

Responsibilities

  • Review new job descriptions.
  • Ensure job descriptions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Record job titles in Fusion and place job descriptions into QMX.
  • Complete salary survey participation.
  • Assist in annual benchmark surveys and ad hoc salary analyses.
  • Maintain survey results for the organization worldwide.
  • Perform market pricing and review related internal jobs.
  • Analyze and review market data.
  • Assist in the annual merit process as needed.
  • Provide guidance to HR Generalists on pay for performance and system-related issues.
  • Assist in the annual incentive process as needed.
  • Gather market data on pay practices and economic trends.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of global salary structures.
  • Evaluate salaries for new hires or promotions as requested.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Two to five years of previous related experience or a combination of education and experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Excel.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Effective communication with employees and leaders at all levels.
  • Working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Management System.
