About the position

The HR Analyst II, Compensation is responsible for implementing and assisting in the compensation administration processes for ABS employees. This role serves as a liaison between the Compensation Management team, Human Resources, and management to propose, implement, and revise compensation practices and policies, while resolving compensation-related issues globally. The position offers a hybrid work opportunity, requiring in-office presence three days a week and remote work on the remaining days.

Responsibilities

  • Review new job descriptions to ensure accuracy and currency.
  • Ensure job titles are recorded correctly in Fusion and job descriptions are placed into QMX.
  • Complete salary survey participation and assist in annual benchmark surveys.
  • Maintain survey results for the organization worldwide.
  • Perform market pricing and review related internal jobs.
  • Analyze and review market data for compensation practices.
  • Assist in the annual merit process as needed.
  • Provide guidance to HR Generalists on organizational philosophy and pay for performance.
  • Assist in the annual incentive process as needed.
  • Gather relevant market data on pay practices and economic trends.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of global salary structures.
  • Evaluate salaries for new hires or promotions as requested.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Two (2) to five (5) years of previous related experience or a combination of education and experience may be preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Excel.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Effective communication skills with employees and leaders at all levels.
