About the position

The HR Analyst position within the Employee Experience team at HCLSoftware focuses on enhancing employee engagement and professional growth through Learning and Development and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs. The role is pivotal in creating meaningful experiences that align with the company's commitment to Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (EDIB).

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, presentations, and job aids.
  • Conduct regular needs assessments and skill gap analyses to identify learning priorities.
  • Implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions.
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and learning events.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine the company's CSR strategy.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute CSR programs and events, ensuring alignment with the company's CSR priorities.
  • Align coverage model with input based on interest, expertise, and business needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in learning and development, instructional design, or related roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Demonstrated foundation of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) principles.
  • Ability to effectively create and deliver content for diverse audiences.
  • Advanced experience with e-Learning authoring tools; Camtasia and Articulate preferred.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with an eye for layout, color, and typography.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple learning initiatives simultaneously.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; or bachelor's degree with proven experience in talent development.
