DNV is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HR and Social Media Marketing Co-op to join our Energy Systems HR team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about tackling global issues such as climate change and are eager to contribute to an organization that is at the forefront of the energy transition. As a co-op, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative HR team that values adaptability and creativity. Your primary focus will be on recruitment and social media marketing, utilizing the Handshake platform to enhance our employer brand and engage with potential candidates. You will have the opportunity to work closely with DNV's Talent Acquisition Team and contribute to various HR initiatives, all while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment. In this position, you will assist with social media upkeep and posting on Handshake, tailoring our global employer brand voice for the North American market and Gen Z audience. You will manage content creation for Handshake and develop professional relationships with the Talent Acquisition Team and Handshake support team. Additionally, you will participate in career fair planning, enhance current recruitment strategies, and support HR Business Partners in aligning staff to business objectives. This co-op role offers a unique opportunity to learn about strategic HR initiatives, onboarding processes, and other HR-related tasks, providing a comprehensive learning experience in the field. The position will follow a hybrid schedule, allowing you to work three days a week from either the Medford or North Andover, MA offices, with the possibility of considering other DNV locations. This flexibility is designed to accommodate your academic commitments while providing you with hands-on experience in a professional setting.
