We are looking for someone resourceful, organized, and discerning to join our team as a Human Resources Assistant. Reporting to a leader of the benefits team, the Human Resources Assistant will hold a broad range of responsibilities. The role will focus heavily on generalist work, benefits, partnering with the payroll team, HRIS management, and compliance reporting. The Human Resources Assistant is critical in strengthening the employee experience, providing great internal 'customer' support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
