Shared Medical Services is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant specializing in Credentials and Onboarding to join our Human Resources team in Cottage Grove, WI. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our employee credentialing process, which is essential for our operations in the mobile imaging solutions industry. The HR Assistant will be responsible for creating and maintaining employee credential files, ensuring that all team members meet the necessary job-specific licenses and certifications, and that they comply with medical and training requirements. This role will also involve assisting the Talent Acquisition team with new hire onboarding and orientation, processing credential requests from customers and field managers, and reviewing and tracking payment of invoices related to credentials. The HR Assistant will work closely with the HR team and the Safety department on various projects and tasks as needed. The position is based in our Cottage Grove corporate headquarters, with an anticipated schedule of Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. After becoming fully trained, there is potential for a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for 1-2 days of remote work per week. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
