Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires using the ATS system (iCIMS).
  • Utilize Excel for tracking onboarding completion and maintaining accurate records.
  • Engage with candidates through phone calls and emails to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Track onboarding progress after offers are accepted and proactively follow up with candidates.
  • Address any onboarding issues that arise, ensuring new employees feel welcomed and supported.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR onboarding or related roles.
  • Proficiency in iCIMS and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly phone demeanor.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
