Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for hourly and salary employees, ensuring accuracy in regular, overtime, sick, and vacation hours.
  • Approve payroll submissions and maintain confidentiality of HR records.
  • Utilize MS Windows applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe for payroll and HR tasks.
  • Conduct automated payroll processes and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • 5 years of stable working experience in payroll processing and HR duties.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
  • BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Business preferred.
  • Experience with both hourly and salary employees is required.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Nice-to-haves

  • SHRM-CP or PHR Certification is highly desired but not required.

Benefits
