About the position

The Recruiter Coordinator position at Ascendo Resources is a vital role focused on supporting the hiring process and enhancing the candidate experience. This full-time position involves collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition team to manage job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth recruitment process aligned with the company's values.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing job postings on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and engagement.
  • Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates and provide initial assessments.
  • Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and provide timely updates on their status.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and team members to ensure smooth interview processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support onboarding processes to provide an excellent new-hire experience.
  • Conduct research on recruitment trends, tools, and practices to help enhance our hiring strategy.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a passion for delivering a great candidate experience.
