The HR Assistant performs a variety of clerical and reception duties in support of the human resources functions of recruitment, employment, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. This role requires utilizing good communication skills in daily interactions with customers and serving as a resource person to answer inquiries and provide general information. When necessary, the HR Assistant will direct information and questions to the appropriate HR personnel. Your Experience Matters What we are looking for: Education & Licensure: A Bachelor's Degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. Experience: Experience in human resources is preferred, along with one year of customer service experience.
