About the position

The Talent Operations Coordinator at College Board plays a vital role in supporting the HR team by managing benefits programs and ensuring efficient operations within the Talent Generalist team. This position is essential for the implementation and administration of benefits, impacting the overall employee experience for approximately 1,800 staff members. The role involves a mix of benefits program support and generalist support, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the full Benefits suite provided to staff at College Board.
  • Track and monitor Cobra enrollment, manage tracking sheets, and communicate with Finance.
  • Manage the Cobra Open Enrollment process.
  • Handle quarterly Retiree benefit payments and coordinate with Accounts Receivable.
  • Assist with annual updates to retiree benefit enrollment and compliance reporting.
  • Complete weekly discrepancy reporting for Anthem and post benefit training opportunities to the Talent Calendar.
  • Process annual Small Benefit Distributions in accordance with TIAA Plan rules.
  • Launch surveys after benefit trainings and update the accommodations tracker for review by Talent Generalists.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Talent inbox, managing incoming mail and responding to inquiries.
  • Support the administrative processing of Tuition Reimbursement for College Board employees.
  • Complete regular Workday business processes required for Generalist support.
  • Oversee position management and hiring business processes for the Contingent Workforce.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience administering benefits programs or supporting a benefits team.
  • Experience with HRIS, specifically Workday.
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Project, including formula development and v-lookup in Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical capabilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field preferred.
