About the position

Wingspan Care Group is seeking a dedicated Human Resources & Benefits Coordinator to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This full-time position plays a crucial role in providing administrative support to the Director of Total Rewards, HR staff, and employees across Wingspan Care Group and its affiliates. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management and communication skills, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality while effectively prioritizing their workload. As the HR Benefits Coordinator, you will be responsible for networking, building relationships, and providing primary administrative support while also working on various projects as assigned. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the HR and Total Rewards administrative functions and duties. You will facilitate the administration of the Agency's retirement and benefit pension plans, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will audit Agency invoices to ensure that bills are coded properly and processed in a timely manner. Your contributions will also extend to supporting Agency-wide wellness and preventive care campaigns, as well as assisting with payroll-related duties as needed. This position requires a proactive approach and the ability to handle other duties as assigned by leadership, making it a dynamic and engaging role within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the HR and Total Rewards administrative functions and duties.
  • Facilitate the administration of the Agency's retirement and benefit pension plans.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to perform job responsibilities with a high level of initiative, creatively finding solutions to problems.
