About the position

The HR Benefits Specialist role at Genesis Technical Staffing, Inc. is a temporary, full-time position focused on managing employee benefit wellness forms and providing support in the human resources department. The specialist will ensure accurate processing of benefits-related documentation while maintaining confidentiality and assisting employees with inquiries regarding their submissions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately review, input and manage incoming benefit wellness forms from employees.
• Assist as needed, outbound calls and email to employees regarding wellness forms submitted for processing.
• Receive and sort incoming mail and perform other clerical work.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality when dealing with all company information, documentation, and business practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Must be available to work a minimum of 30-40 hours/week or more.
• Ability to quickly learn internal system processes.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment (Xerox copier/scanner, fax machine, etc.).
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel.
• Trustworthy and demonstrated ability to keep information confidential.
• Ability to simultaneously manage tasks, projects and requests, seeking assistance as needed.
