About the position

At Procter & Gamble, we are excited to offer an extraordinary opportunity to join our HR Department in the Central Europe Headquarters located in Warsaw. This HR Business Partner Development Program is designed for individuals looking to elevate their careers and grow into future leaders within our organization. As a participant in this program, you will work closely with HR Business Partners on various HR initiatives focused on engagement, retention, learning and development, and employee communication. You will also support our talent acquisition team in creating recruitment strategies and participating in campus activities. This role allows you to run independent HR projects that have a significant impact, collaborating with business partners from Sales, Brand Management, and Finance & Accounting. The program includes a six-month traineeship on an employment contract, providing you with flexibility in working hours (minimum of 30 hours per week) and location through a hybrid working model. Responsibilities

  • Work with HR Business Partners on HR projects around engagement, retention, learning & development, and employee communication.
  • Support the talent acquisition team in recruitment strategy creation and campus activities.
  • Run independent HR projects, collaborating with business partners from Sales, Brand Management, and Finance & Accounting.
  • Participate in leadership, feedback, on-the-job and classroom training, coaching, and mentoring provided by your manager and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Currently a student in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year or a recent graduate (up to 12 months since graduation) of BA or MA studies from a Polish University, preferably in Business Management, Economy, or Psychology.
  • Proficient in English and Polish languages.
  • Strong leadership skills and very strong communication, collaboration, and social skills.
  • Strategic-oriented with an operational approach and the ability to work within diverse organizations and teams.
  • Initial HR experience through work in student organizations, internships, or a strong interest in the HR field.
