You will also be tasked with leading and managing organizational design and transformation initiatives. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans that optimize organizational structure, enhance operational efficiency, and drive change management processes. Your expertise in analyzing current organizational frameworks will be essential in identifying areas for improvement and executing strategies that support business goals while adapting to evolving market conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective organizational structures and best practices in organizational hygiene.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in HR or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in private companies, particularly in engineering or product organizations.
