About the position

The HR Business Partner, Senior Manager will serve as a strategic partner within the Operations division, focusing on enhancing business performance through effective HR strategies and programs. This role involves collaborating with HR leadership and divisional leaders to foster a high-performing culture, emphasizing talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and counsel leaders on personal effectiveness, team dynamics, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Gain an understanding of assigned business areas through meetings and reviews with leaders.
  • Partner with HRBP team to execute talent efforts that align with business strategies.
  • Provide expertise to managers in executing talent management efforts, including hiring and retention strategies.
  • Monitor organizational culture and support an inclusive, high-performing mindset.
  • Collaborate with HR Generalists on employee matters and implement team-building activities.
  • Advocate for employees while balancing organizational needs and values.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to understand headcount needs and assist in hiring forecasts.
  • Support internal career growth and conduct targeted career conversations with employees.
  • Interview candidates for specialized and management-level roles, providing insights to hiring managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in technology or professional services during rapid growth.
  • General knowledge of HR principles including employee relations, recruiting, and training.
  • Ability to influence management at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of business strategy.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
