About The Position

As an HR Business Partner at Amazon, you will provide HR generalist support to a large population of hourly employees and business leaders. This role involves both tactical and strategic work, focusing on employee onboarding, talent management, and employee engagement. You will partner with business leaders to deliver HR initiatives, understand HR metrics, and may lead a team of entry-level HR employees, impacting the business and broader HR team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of human resources generalist experience, or a blend of HR and Operations.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree or MBA in HR Management
• Experience supporting hourly employee client groups
• Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated experience managing and leading employees
• Proficiency with HRIS Systems
• Human Resources experience with companies supporting 250-500 or more associates.

Responsibilities

• Examine situations thoroughly and make high-judgment decisions that align with company policies and minimize risk.
• Use data and metrics to identify trends and implement action plans focused on employee experience and organizational health.
• Execute employee engagement strategies and rewards and recognition programs.
• Provide developmental coaching and feedback to business leaders, managing difficult employee issues.
