About the position

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at Healogics plays a crucial role in managing day-to-day HR operations for specific divisions within the organization. This position focuses on employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, and the onboarding and training of new staff. The HRBP serves as a key resource for internal customers, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with various regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Independently respond to employee relations concerns and complaints with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Conduct effective, confidential investigations and recommend People-First solutions.
  • Educate and clarify company and HR policies and procedures to team members and leaders.
  • Provide expert guidance on performance-based accountability and corrective action.
  • Investigate team member disputes and provide actionable solutions.
  • Partner with HR Director and Team Lead to implement People-First solutions through data analysis.
  • Facilitate the performance management and review process, ensuring bias-free assessments.
  • Participate in HR initiatives and educate on various HR-related topics.
  • Recommend new approaches to improve department and service efficiency.
  • Stay current on employment law and labor relations changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of four years of HR generalist or employee relations experience.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience implementing diverse HR initiatives to support organizational objectives.
  • Strong critical thinking skills in analyzing data and trends.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local HR laws and best practices.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Workday HRIS preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
