The HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources functions of a global nutrition company. This position focuses on employee relations, organizational development, and succession planning while collaborating with management to implement company-wide HR initiatives. The role is hybrid, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work, and requires building strong relationships across the organization to enhance workplace effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships across the organization and partner with management to effectively manage HR functions for internal stakeholders.
• Address employee relations matters, from daily concerns to complex investigations.
• Serve as a liaison between HR experts and internal teams, offering guidance on benefits, compensation, training, and performance management.
• Assist with organizational development initiatives, including succession planning and performance management systems.
• Support change management efforts within the evolving organization.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement HR policies and align with company goals.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and talent acquisition.
• Enhance workplace effectiveness by providing support to managers, leaders, and employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Development is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to strategically plan and execute programs and projects.
• A collaborative team player who is adaptable and comfortable with change.
