The HR Business Systems Analyst IV - Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Technical Analyst position is designed for a professional who will research, evaluate, design, test, implement, and maintain HR cloud systems and product solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud principles and the ability to apply innovative solutions to enhance cloud adoption and functionality. The analyst will work closely with business units to understand their needs and enhance business processes by promoting new functionalities within the Oracle Cloud HCM system. This position is critical in analyzing business needs and developing solutions that leverage systems and processes with a significant degree of autonomy. The analyst will be a key stakeholder and contributor on complex systems projects, providing strategy and subject matter expertise for HR Cloud applications. Responsibilities include leading day-to-day production support activities across various Oracle Cloud HCM workstreams such as Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, Talent, and Performance Management. The role also involves aligning product roadmaps with Oracle's release cycles and business enhancements, identifying architectural gaps, and supporting the implementation and ongoing support of the Human Capital Management system to ensure stability and performance across production and non-production environments. In addition to technical responsibilities, the analyst will document new system components, perform technology research, and proactively recognize potential operational issues, providing insights and suggestions for mitigation strategies. The role requires collaboration with internal delivery teams to resolve data processing issues and ensure that deviations from standard processes are documented and resolved. The analyst will also coach and mentor team members, manage the end-to-end SDLC process, and serve as a trusted advisor to internal customers, ensuring that functional requirements are clearly documented and communicated.
