About the position

The Human Resources Co-op at Elanco is an integral role within the Talent Acquisition team, providing support and participating in various HR projects. This position is designed for individuals currently enrolled in Human Resources, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global leader in animal health. The co-op will engage in process improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions, all while contributing to a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage regular check-ins and reporting/presenting to executive-level leadership
• Providing recommendations on process improvement projects
• Work within cross-functional teams to implement solutions

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Human Resources
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Highly self-motivated and driven leadership

• Ability to think strategically and make decisions within the context of uncertainty
