The HR Compliance Specialist will support various functional areas of Employee Services, focusing on compliance with federal and state regulations, including OFCCP/AAP reporting, I-9 compliance, and pre-employment services. This role is crucial in ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures, as well as maintaining governance processes within the HR department. The position is fully remote, allowing the specialist to work from home while managing essential compliance functions. Key responsibilities include completing federal and state reporting requirements such as VETS 4212 and EEO1, and creating and managing OFCCP Affirmative Action Program (AAP) plans. The HR Compliance Specialist will be accountable for the assigned functional areas and will oversee project execution, managing scope and schedules, engaging necessary resources, and establishing timelines and deliverables. This role also involves conducting compliance audits, analyzing results, generating reports, and making policy recommendations to relevant departments. The specialist will identify potential non-compliance issues, determine root causes, and apply judgment to resolve these issues. Continuous improvement of functional operations and knowledge content is essential, and the specialist will work closely with Workday and ServiceNow administration teams to maintain relevant content and business processes. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed, making this a dynamic role within the HR compliance landscape.
