In this role, the HR Compliance Specialist will be responsible for auditing workforce data for both new and existing team members, ensuring alignment with federal, state, and company regulations. This is essential for maintaining the organization’s readiness for surveys and audits. The position is full-time and is based at the Riedman Campus, with a schedule primarily during weekdays. The HR Compliance Specialist will also participate in audits and preparations for various regulatory bodies, including DNV, OFCCP, CMS, and NYS DOH. This includes monitoring and managing professional license verifications for new hires and current employees, interpreting HR policies for compliance, and ensuring that contract staff meet onboarding and record maintenance requirements. The role involves reviewing job profiles for regulatory compliance, maintaining government-required posters, and responding to documentation requests from legal and regulatory agencies. Additionally, the specialist will monitor business processes to ensure they meet legal and regulatory standards, providing recommendations for improvements when necessary.
