About the position

The Human Resource Consultant at Schneider Electric will support the West Chester, Ohio facility by partnering with local management to lead various HR processes. This role focuses on total rewards, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, wellness, learning, organizational efficiency, and employee relations. The HR Consultant will drive project management initiatives, champion talent development, advise business leaders on HR matters, and facilitate HR operations to ensure effective implementation of HR policies and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Drive implementation of multiple initiatives to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve program and project milestones within established timeframes.
  • Champion Schneider Electric's talent management philosophy and strategy.
  • Build an agile and diverse team to support business growth and develop a succession pipeline.
  • Coach the leadership team and provide advice on HR matters.
  • Adapt manpower planning based on business needs and support organizational design.
  • Contribute to design and organization development initiatives aligned with business strategies.
  • Ensure deployment of Schneider Electric People Strategy transformations.
  • Support people engagement and entity transformations.
  • Lead local HR processes with the support of HR Shared Services and HR CoEs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related disciplines.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment partnering with line and unit managers.
  • Ability to understand business performance and identify critical HR success factors.
  • Knowledge in organization development, learning, compensation and rewards, talent management, and industrial relations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and influencing skills.
