Responsibilities

  • Maintaining detailed employee records and documents.
  • Coordinating data with various departments.
  • Resolving employee queries related to HR processes and administration.
  • Creating periodic reports on employee engagement, attrition, and professional development.
  • Producing internal company documents and communication materials for employees.
  • Cultivating a positive and welcoming work environment.
  • Filling out I9, W4 and other new hire paperwork.
