About the position

Responsibilities

  • Assist HR leader with HR administration, including tracking and maintaining personnel records and HRIS data entry.
  • Manage employee health and welfare benefits, including processing enrollment materials and disability claims.
  • Coordinate the job posting and new hire process, including posting positions and conducting orientations.
  • Lead or participate in various employee programs and HR projects, such as training programs and health initiatives.

Requirements

  • AA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in HR.
  • Basic knowledge of HR concepts and HR law.
  • Working knowledge of HR processes and ability to work on HRIS systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; results-oriented.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and observe HIPAA requirements.
