About the position

The Human Resources Coordinator/Recruiter at Wellbore Integrity Solutions plays a vital role in supporting the HR team in various functions including recruitment, benefits administration, onboarding, payroll processing, and data management within the HRIS system. Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by drafting position descriptions, posting positions, and utilizing the Applicant Tracking System to source and track applicants.
• Enter and maintain accurate and confidential electronic HR records and documentation, including employee files and attendance, using the HRIS system (UKG).
• Coordinate and track the pre-employment screening, onboarding, and orientation processes for new hires.
• Support and track HR initiatives by collaborating with team members on various projects to ensure timely completion.
• Work with the benefits team to coordinate open and new hire enrollments, serve as a liaison with third-party benefit providers, and process employer and statutory leave benefits.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including responding to employee questions and transactional HR needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of experience in administrative support required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, preferred.
• Experience using an HRIS system like UKG, ADP, or Workday is preferred.
