About the position
The HR Business Partner at The Heights of Gonzales is a dynamic role focused on supporting the skilled nursing community through effective human resource management. This position encompasses various HR functions including recruiting, payroll, compliance, and employee relations, aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience and operational efficiency within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent in the skilled nursing community.
- Oversee payroll operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and standards within the healthcare industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, or at least 3 years of experience in a professional HR position.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and HRIS systems.
- Previous experience in the skilled nursing or healthcare industry is preferred.
