As the Human Resources Coordinator at Winfield Nursing & Rehab Center, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR excellence within our organization. This position is integral to ensuring that our HR processes and procedures align with our core values and organizational goals. Your contributions will directly impact the overall employee experience and the effectiveness of our HR functions. In this impactful role, you will manage various HR functions, including recruitment efforts, onboarding processes, payroll management, and compliance with HR policies. You will facilitate an open-door policy, directing team member relations issues to the appropriate leadership. Your responsibilities will include conducting recruitment for designated positions, managing the complete recruitment life cycle, and serving as the primary liaison to local schools and organizations to foster applicant flow. You will also act as the subject matter expert on all HR, benefits, and payroll policies and procedures, ensuring that all team member personnel files are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory standards. Additionally, you will coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, process payroll records bi-weekly, and assist with the performance review process. You will ensure that various human resource policies are communicated effectively and adhered to, conducting in-service training on new or updated policies. Your role will also involve administering documentation for leaves of absence, forecasting open positions, and leading initiatives to improve retention and engagement within the center. Overall, your work will contribute to fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee satisfaction.
