About the position

The HR Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the Human Resources team during a multi-year transformation program. This position involves managing cyclical HR administrative activities, facilitating project communications, and collaborating with various HR teams to ensure successful initiative rollouts. The HR Coordinator will also provide administrative support to the HR Director and manage the onboarding process for new hires.

Responsibilities

  • Project lead for all cyclical Human Resources administrative activities including personnel changes, Performance Navigator, annual merit, and talent reviews.
  • Manage the communications plans for projects and activities as assigned.
  • Work collaboratively with Central Human Resources teams (Talent, Benefits, Shared Services) to facilitate the rollout of all initiatives.
  • Administrative management of contractors in Fusion.
  • Provide administrative support for the Human Resources Director and the HR team.
  • Manage the onboarding process, including New Hire Orientation.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • 0‒2 years of experience preferred.
  • Experience using an ERP Human Resources module (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
  • Experience in team and/or project coordination in a geographically diverse environment.
  • Experience in developing and managing communications plans for projects.
  • Experience using technology to communicate with people in other locations.
