About the position

The HR Data Analyst Intern position at Love's is designed for students to gain hands-on experience in the Human Resources department. The intern will engage in various tasks and projects that contribute to the department's needs while developing analytical insights that add value to the business. This role includes building reports, creating data sets, and visualizing data insights using tools like Power BI and Excel. The internship also offers opportunities for professional development through networking events, training sessions, and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Utilize tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SAP Reporting Products to conduct analytics and visualize data insights.
• Develop reports and recommendations that drive business value and guide strategic business decisions.
• Support other projects outside of those assigned by participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Currently enrolled in a four-year university program, a sophomore level or above (pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, MIS preferred, or other related degree).
• Strong knowledge of Excel; Power BI is a plus.
• Understanding of basic analytical techniques.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Keen attention to detail and strong oral and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to work as a team player.

Nice-to-haves

• Past internship experience is a plus.
