About the position

The Love's College Intern Program offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various business operations within the Human Resources department. Interns will engage in meaningful projects that contribute to the business while receiving mentorship and professional development. The program emphasizes learning through practical tasks, networking, and structured feedback, preparing interns for future career opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SAP Reporting Products to conduct analytics and visualize data insights.
• Develop reports and recommendations that drive business value and guide strategic business decisions.
• Support other projects outside of those assigned by participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Currently enrolled in a four-year university program, a sophomore level or above, pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, MIS, or a related degree.
• Strong knowledge of Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Understanding of basic analytical techniques.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Keen attention to detail and strong oral and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to work as a team player.

Nice-to-haves
