About the position

The HR Data Analyst will play a crucial role in collecting, organizing, interpreting, and summarizing human resource data to support decision-making, policy formulation, and workforce planning within the HR department. This position involves regular reporting and the identification of data patterns and trends, while also providing project support for various HR initiatives. The role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work location.

Responsibilities

  • Support reporting needs across all HR functions including configuration for new reports and troubleshooting existing reports.
  • Participate in the HR data lifecycle including data extraction, preparation for analysis, and reporting information through data visualization techniques.
  • Consult with HR stakeholders to identify recommendations and feedback for HR policies and initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Provide ongoing support to HR projects and initiatives including schedule planning and task tracking.
  • Meet with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and generate data-driven solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or MIS.
  • One (1) year or more of experience in collecting, organizing, interpreting, and presenting analyses.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Excel Pivot Table.
  • One (1) year or more with Microsoft SharePoint and HRIS data and systems.
  • One (1) year or more creating Workday Custom Reports & Calculated Fields.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree preferred in industrial/organizational psychology.
  • Experience with advanced statistical analyses such as regression, correlation, and ANOVA.
