About the position

The HR Data Analyst will play a crucial role in collecting, organizing, interpreting, and summarizing human resource data to support HR decision-making, policy formulation, and workforce planning. This position involves regular reporting and the identification of data patterns and trends, while also providing project support for various HR initiatives. The role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work location.

Responsibilities

  • Support reporting needs across all HR functions, including configuration for new reports and troubleshooting existing reports.
  • Participate in the HR data lifecycle, including data extraction, preparation for analysis, and reporting information through data visualization techniques.
  • Consult with HR stakeholders to identify recommendations and feedback for HR policies and initiatives based on data analysis.
  • Provide ongoing support to HR projects, including schedule planning, task tracking, and communication with team members.
  • Meet with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and generate data-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or related field.
  • One year or more of experience in collecting, organizing, interpreting, and presenting analyses.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Excel Pivot Table.
  • One year or more of experience with Microsoft SharePoint and HRIS data and systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology preferred.
  • One year or more of experience creating Workday Custom Reports & Calculated Fields.
