The HR Data Analyst will play a crucial role in collecting, organizing, interpreting, and summarizing human resource data to provide actionable insights that assist HR in decision-making, policy formulation, workforce planning, and other HR functions. This position is designed for a remote work environment, allowing the analyst to work from home while contributing to the HR team's objectives. The analyst will be responsible for regular reporting, utilizing tools such as Excel and Workday, and will devise methods to identify data patterns and trends from various information sources. Additionally, the analyst will support various HR initiatives by providing project support and insights derived from data analysis. In this role, the HR Data Analyst will support reporting needs across all HR functions, which includes configuring new reports, troubleshooting existing reports, and advising on potential reporting solutions available within Workday. The analyst will engage in the HR data lifecycle, which encompasses data extraction from multiple sources, preparing data for analysis through file merging and data cleaning, and creating metrics and analytics to inform future HR activities. The analyst will also be responsible for maintaining and updating files, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, ensuring that HR stakeholders have access to accurate and timely information. Consultation with HR stakeholders is a key aspect of this role, as the analyst will use data, metrics, and analytics to provide recommendations and feedback for HR policies and initiatives. Ongoing support for HR projects and initiatives will also be part of the responsibilities, which includes schedule planning, task tracking, and communication with team members. The analyst will meet with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and generate data-driven solutions that align with the organization's goals.
