The HR Data Analyst will play a crucial role in the Human Resources department by collecting, organizing, interpreting, and summarizing HR data to provide actionable insights that assist in decision-making, policy formulation, and workforce planning. This position is essential for supporting various HR functions through regular reporting and data analysis. The HR Data Analyst will utilize tools such as Excel and Workday to generate reports and identify patterns and trends in the data, which will inform HR initiatives and strategies. In this role, the analyst will support reporting needs across all HR functions, including configuring new reports, troubleshooting existing ones, and advising on potential reporting solutions available within Workday. The analyst will also be involved in the HR data lifecycle, which includes data extraction from multiple sources, preparing data for analysis through file merging and data cleaning, and creating metrics and analytics to provide insights into past and future trends. The ability to visualize data through charts and graphs, as well as perform advanced statistical analyses, is critical for this position. The HR Data Analyst will consult with HR stakeholders to understand their business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations for HR policies and initiatives. Ongoing support for HR projects will also be a key responsibility, which includes schedule planning, task tracking, and communication with team members. The analyst will be expected to meet regularly with HR stakeholders to ensure that their data needs are met and to generate solutions based on the data available.
