The HR Data Analyst will play a crucial role in the Human Resources department by collecting, organizing, interpreting, and summarizing HR data to provide actionable insights that assist in decision-making, policy formulation, and workforce planning. This position is designed for a detail-oriented individual who can manage data effectively and provide regular reporting through tools such as Excel and Workday. The analyst will be responsible for identifying data patterns and trends, which will support various HR initiatives and projects. In this role, the HR Data Analyst will support reporting needs across all HR functions, including configuring new reports, troubleshooting existing reports, and advising on potential reporting solutions available within Workday. The analyst will engage in the HR data lifecycle, which includes data extraction from multiple sources, preparing data for analysis through file merging and data cleaning, and creating metrics and analytics to inform future HR activities. The position requires the ability to visualize data through charts and graphs, as well as perform advanced statistical analyses when necessary. The HR Data Analyst will consult with HR stakeholders to understand their business requirements and generate data-driven solutions. This involves providing ongoing support for HR projects, including schedule planning, task tracking, and communication with team members. The analyst will also be expected to maintain and update files, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date. This position is remote, allowing for flexibility in work location while still requiring a high level of organization and time management skills.
