The HR Data Analyst will play a crucial role in the Human Resources department by collecting, organizing, interpreting, and summarizing HR data to provide actionable insights that assist in decision-making, policy formulation, and workforce planning. This position is designed for a detail-oriented individual who can manage data effectively and provide regular reporting through tools such as Excel and Workday. The analyst will be responsible for identifying data patterns and trends, which will support various HR initiatives and projects. In this role, the HR Data Analyst will support reporting needs across all HR functions, including configuring new reports, troubleshooting existing reports, and advising on potential reporting solutions available within Workday. The analyst will engage in the HR data lifecycle, which includes data extraction from multiple sources, preparing data for analysis through file merging and data cleaning, and creating metrics and analytics to inform future HR activities. The position also involves maintaining and updating files, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, and utilizing data visualization techniques to present findings effectively. Collaboration with HR stakeholders is essential, as the analyst will consult with them to understand business requirements and generate data-driven solutions. This includes providing ongoing support for HR projects, managing schedules, tracking tasks, and communicating relevant trends to team members and key operatives. The HR Data Analyst will also be expected to perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department.
