Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) is seeking a Director of Human Resources to oversee and administer policies related to all phases of human resources activity. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the HR functions align with the company's strategic goals and values. The Director will work closely with key market leaders, including the Texas State President and various VPs, to manage and enhance the company culture, ensuring it supports business strategies. The position involves planning and executing interventions that facilitate quick and successful change within the organization. In the realm of talent development, the Director will collaborate with Corporate HR to plan and execute talent management programs. This includes organizing talent review events and implementing large-scale organizational activities aimed at building people and organizational capability through various learning experiences. The Director will also be responsible for performance management, overseeing the full scope of human capital processes, including total workforce planning, performance review programs, and career development initiatives. Additionally, the role includes administering the corporate salary administration program. The Director will coordinate new employee orientation programs to foster a positive attitude towards company goals and will be responsible for management training in essential supervisory skills. Staffing responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, testing, and selecting employees for vacant positions, as well as succession and replacement planning across all organizational levels. Legal compliance is another critical aspect of this role. The Director will identify legal requirements and ensure that policies, procedures, and reporting are compliant with government regulations. They will also advise management on resolving employee concerns and represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
