About the position

The HR Director/Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources within the organization, focusing on developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives. This role involves managing employee relations, talent development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives.
• Manage employee relations, including performance management, corrective action, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee talent acquisition and development, including recruitment, training, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to employment, including EEO, ADA, and FMLA.
• Manage employee benefits, compensation, and payroll administration.
• Implement and manage HR policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR management.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
