Responsibilities

  • Manage complex labor relations, negotiations, and grievances.
  • Mentor HR team members supporting payroll, benefits, and other HR areas.
  • Oversee human capital management and employee evaluation processes.
  • Manage employee relations and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with FMLA and labor laws.
  • Implement strategic planning initiatives to enhance talent management and acquisition.
  • Utilize HRIS systems for data analysis and performance management.
  • Supervise employee orientation and training programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with management to design organizational structures and improve HR processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7+ years in HR experience.
  • 5+ years managing unions ideally.
  • 3 years of experience in labor relations required.
  • 5 years of management experience required.
  • 3 years of payroll management experience required.
  • 3 years of benefits administration experience required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with manufacturing/auto industry is preferred.
