About the position

The Human Resources Business Partner will play a crucial role in driving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives while providing comprehensive HR support to various corporate departments. This position requires a strategic advisor to senior leadership, focusing on fostering an inclusive employee culture and enhancing overall employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive HR support to senior leadership across Corporate Services (Finance, Legal, Marketing, Operations, IT), covering talent acquisition, management, total rewards, and employee relations.
  • Lead the organization's DEI strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee Employee Resource Groups, develop DEI initiatives, and manage related communications.
  • Create and implement HR programs that enhance employee experience, using data-driven insights to continuously improve employee engagement throughout the lifecycle.
  • Oversee the performance cycle, offering guidance on coaching, career development, and respectful management of employee exits.
  • Lead change management efforts related to organizational restructuring, job redesign, and HR strategic initiatives.
  • Support the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and attracting high-performing talent.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance engagement, using survey results to support business goals.
  • Create and update HR policies to meet business needs and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Work cross-functionally to support large-scale initiatives, manage employee relations issues, and ensure a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience; experience in the investment industry is a plus.
  • Proven expertise in diversity and inclusion strategies and programs.
  • Strong experience advising senior leadership on HR matters and driving cultural transformation.
  • Familiarity with Employee Resource Groups and experience in DEI-related programming.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement and experience best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams.
