About the position

The HR Director will oversee an HR team of three and manage HR functions for an organization of over 600 employees. This role focuses on employee relations, compliance, payroll oversight, reporting, and fostering collaboration across departments. The position is fully onsite and requires extensive HR experience and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing the HR Team and overseeing HR practices
• Handling escalated HR issues and conducting necessary investigations
• Ensuring company compliance with legal standards and policies
• Overseeing payroll operations and managing associated vendor relationships
• Generating comprehensive HR reports and analysis
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure efficient operation and communication

Requirements

• 8+ years of extensive HR experience
• Proven experience managing a team of 2 or more directly
• Expertise in using HRIS systems
• Bachelor's degree or higher is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
