About the position

The HR Director position at our Rancho Cucamonga, CA location is a pivotal role within the insurance industry, focusing on enhancing the overall human resources function of the organization. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively communicate with employees at all levels, from the sales team to the CEO. The HR Director will be responsible for building out the HR team and developing programs that foster a positive workplace culture. This includes creating and implementing disciplinary measures, compliance protocols, and employee engagement initiatives that recognize and reward outstanding performance. In addition to these responsibilities, the HR Director will play a crucial role in training and development, ensuring that succession planning is in place to prepare future leaders within the organization. The role also involves assisting with the restructuring of the HR department, which includes updating the current employee handbook, revising policies and procedures, and standardizing processes related to time and attendance, leaves of absence (LOA), and grievances. The HR Director will implement procedures for clocking in and out, ensuring that all HR practices align with industry standards and legal requirements. This position is essential for driving the HR strategy and ensuring that the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record in HR management within a similar industry.

Responsibilities
