About the position

The HR Director will play a crucial role in shaping the employee experience within a premier global real estate and lifestyle company. This position is responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of policies and programs related to employee relations, labor relations, recruiting, and benefits, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Establish staffing goals in conjunction with executive management
• Coordinate all staffing efforts including interviewing and hiring processes
• Plan and conduct new employee orientations
• Conduct exit interviews with exiting employees
• Evaluate an effective performance management and salary administration program
• Effectively monitor and anticipate training needs for the organization
• Manage the employee relations program and ensure adherence to the company policies and procedures
• Maintain overall responsibility for development and interpretation of policies
• Serve as point of contact for all agency inquiries

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 8-12 years of HR experience
• Experience handling and overseeing workers comp, compensation/benefits, and labor relations
• Able to handle confidential information
• Experience managing a staff and conducting training
