The HR Director at the Airport Lighting Company will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our human resources strategies to support the company's overall business objectives. They will continuously monitor and adapt HR strategies to respond to changing business conditions, prioritizing waste reduction and process optimization. The role also involves designing and overseeing comprehensive onboarding programs that integrate new hires smoothly into the company, streamlining processes to reduce inefficiencies, and developing training and development programs that enhance employee skills and support career progression. In addition, the HR Director will lead the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent, optimizing the recruitment pipeline to reduce cycle time. They will develop and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance, focusing on continuous improvement, and provide guidance and support to managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations. The HR Director will also foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, addressing employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner, and developing programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Furthermore, they will manage HR information systems (HRIS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline HR processes, improving efficiency and data accuracy, and lead HR initiatives during organizational change to ensure smooth transitions.
