Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Director to lead their Human Resources department. The HR Director will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with business objectives and promote employee engagement, retention, and development. This role requires a deep understanding of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and offboarding. The HR Director will oversee all aspects of these processes, ensuring that they are executed effectively and in alignment with the company's goals. In addition to managing the employee lifecycle, the HR Director will lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their growth and development. This position will require close collaboration with department heads and senior leadership to understand their talent needs and develop solutions to attract, retain, and develop top talent. The HR Director will also drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, creating a culture of belonging where all employees feel valued and respected. Compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations is a critical aspect of this role. The HR Director will stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in HR to ensure that the organization remains compliant and competitive. Additionally, the HR Director will manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, in a fair and consistent manner. Oversight of compensation and benefits programs will also be a key responsibility, ensuring that they are competitive, fair, and aligned with organizational objectives. The HR Director will collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute workforce planning and talent management strategies to support business growth and expansion. Championing employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention will be essential to the success of this role.
