The Director of HR is responsible for overseeing employee programs at the Agency, focusing on recruiting top talent, developing the current team, and enhancing HR processes and partnerships. This leadership role is pivotal in fostering organizational growth by creating and leading core HR initiatives that support the company's expansion.

Responsibilities

• Drive Leadership/Management/Accountability Principles
• Promote and preserve company culture through initiatives around culture and employee engagement
• Lead a continuous learning environment in professional and personal development, including programs, mentorship, and resource management
• Design, plan, and implement human resources programs and policies related to staffing, benefits, and training/onboarding
• Foster an open, respectful, and fair working environment
• Effectively navigate the organization and external partners to leverage resources
• Provide compelling thought leadership in HR processes, systems, and culture
• Assist Leadership in compensation modeling
